Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Better Champion. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, coordinating branch flow, and providing exceptional service through various channels.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 National Certificate (minimum)
  • No experience required, but client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment is ideal
  • Basic calculations and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with people and clarity of personal aspirations
  • Knowledge of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products is ideal.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate branch flow and queue functioning
  • Provide excellent client service at the ATM and remote/self-service channels
  • Complete transactions and gain knowledge, skills, and experience for service consulting

Conditions of Employment:

  • Clear criminal and credit records
  • Detectable/recognisable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
