Summary: To prepare all KFC products in compliance with SOPs while closely adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements: Follow management’s instructions and prepare and cook KFC food in accordance with approved KFC standards and procedures.
Portion ingredients and cooked goods according to KFC-approved procedures.
Maintain and keep an eye on the quality of the products by making sure that each one is up-to-date and adheres to its expiration dates.
Ascertain proper usage of product holding apparatus with regard to holding durations and temperatures.
Maintain adherence to all established protocols and timetables for sanitizing and cleaning the equipment and utensils used in food preparation and storage facilities.
Keep track of product preparation details and quality control by verifying and adhering to product expiration dates and timeframes.
